The Process

The Printing Process

We print our designs in house using Screen Print & Direct To Fabric methods.  By printing our designs ourselves, we can price our products reasonably and provide a personal touch of quality to every garment we handle.  We also leverage both methods to give us the ability to make vibrant and colorful prints while removing minimums, allowing our customers to purchase the quantities they need.  Both methods are an art, can get messy and take hours of practice to learn, but it’s the final product that makes the process so rewarding.  Our mission is to provide the best service and quality possible, no matter what.  When we’re not printing shirts, we’re thinking about printing shirts and when you do something you love, anything is possible!

The Design Process 

We enjoy designing and creating graphics from scratch, whether it be for our homegrown brands like Shockwave, L&S or Mike Bros or for one of our customers looking for a unique design.  We use a variety of templates that we can customize and make unique to the design we are trying to make or we can create something brand new from a blank pallet.  We make revisions, provide mock ups, make more revisions, provide mockups and repeat the process to ensure our customers get exactly what they want.  We understand that the products we provide will live on far beyond the point of sale and want them to withstand the test of time.
