Shockwave Threads was founded in December 2023 by Dan Spohn with a simple mission — to help his 18-year-old autistic son, Michael, create and sell merchandise for his YouTube channel. What began as a father-and-son project quickly evolved into something greater. Recognizing the opportunity to serve local businesses and organizations, Dan combined his years of business-to-business sales experience with a passion for quality and community connection to create a company built on exceptional products and dependable service.
Beyond printing shirts, Shockwave Threads was built to provide purpose — serving as a launchpad for Michael’s career and creating meaningful post-high school employment opportunities.
Today, Shockwave Threads continues to grow, proudly exceeding its goals and serving more customers each day while staying true to the mission that started it all — family, community, and quality craftsmanship.
